What we Provide

Wasla Group has been established as business process outsourcing services in
Sultanate of Oman. Our outsourcing services are divided into two categories,
Back Office outsourcing which include internal business functions such as billing
or purchasing, and Front Office outsourcing, which includes customer-related
services such as marketing, tech support, sales and HR outsourcing.

Customer Service

Our highly skilled customer service representatives offer support to customers through several channels for enhancing business’ productivity levels, customer retention, conversion rates, and increase growth in businesses.
